Payton as a baby was VERY calm.....She didn't open her eyes until she was about 3 weeks old and even then, if they were open, they weren't open for long. She was an excellent sleeper, a great eater, and super relaxed! AND....this was all before her curls came in!
Now that she has curls, she is FULL of wildness, goodness and girly-ness! It's almost like her curls made her who she is today and we wouldn't change her curls or spirit for anything! She is such a wild child who always keeps up laughing, pondering how she comes up with some of the stuff she says, watching our own actions and words and most of all, she keeps us grounded and gives us a love we never thought we could ever give! She's got the sweetest voice, most fun laugh, greatest spirit and love of life!! Here are some pics that show some of P's innate spirit.... She loves to play in the dirt, play in ANY water (thanks to Papa- she now loves to jump in EVERY water puddle!), dress up, dance on anything (including end tables! I know!), run around and give love! She's our spirited little P that we adore beyond measure!
