The Ray (Cha Cha's Family) Christmas

On Tuesday (12.23), we were planning on leaving Houston to head to Dallas after Brandon got off of work. Being the great boss that he is, he doesn't get to leave until everyone else is gone so we knew we wouldn't be leaving too early to head to the DFW area. Surprisingly (and thankfully!), a very great GSG customer needed 25 gallons of ink and only our Houston location had the ink so we so kindly got to leave at 1 p.m. on the 23rd to bring the ink to our customer in Dallas and get to the Granberry's early!!! Luckily, Brandon (who never packs early for anything) was completely packed and ready to leave for Dallas at any time. Payton and I were not so prepared. We rushed the dogs to the dog resort for boarding, ran to the outlet mall to grab some last minute gifts, worked a bit in between and finally got packed. Once Brandon got home, we loaded up the Yukon (YAY for taking my car.... more info on this on a later post) with all our gifts and goodies and headed to Rockwall.

We didn't know if we'd be in Rockwall in time for the Ray (Cha Cha's family) Christmas but we were :) It was a special treat to see all of Cha Cha's family and give them their gifts. We arrived at Cha Cha & Papa's house just in time for yummy Chiloso's (almost as good as Chuy's). After dinner, we opened gifts and spent time with the family. We are so lucky for GSG customers needing supplies in a rush so we could get to Rockwall early. :) We had a wonderful time seeing Granddaddy, Sharon & all of the Ray family.
